I like making mistakes, love, and art. I’m low-key obsessed with creativity, intimacy, identity, community, and the fine art of living everyday life.
I think this life is equal parts brutal and beautiful ~ I like feeling fully alive ~ and I believe that we can and will end oppression.
A good place to start is recognizing that sex work is work and advocating for decriminalization.
This is where I come to share all of that with you.
The Experiment
Last November, I set out on a year-long experiment: transforming myself from a 41-year-old with stage fright into an aspiring courtesan and performer. This fall, I’ll bring the story to the stage in a cabaret-style show.
Along the way, I’m sharing creative explorations in music, slow fashion & beauty, magic, kink, and polyamory. I’m also studying contemporary sex work and the courtesans of the past~ an exceptionally intellectual and artistic class of sex worker found across cultures and continents from antiquity onward, now largely erased by colonization and Christian imperialism.
50% of proceeds from the performance will be redistributed to sex worker advocacy and mutual aid.
